27 Synergy

Synergy, the twenty seventh album to have come from Memex. Synergy attempts to exemplify a variety of EDM productions, from Darkstep, Post-EDM, and Dubstep, it fills several important roles. Synergy is ultimately about growth and the beauty that overcoming suffering can bring. Momentary Eternity is a compilation of previously and unreleased scores, along with variable percussion. It is nearly one hour long. Synergy focuses on the fundamentals of electronic dance, with dubstep bass and a combination of breakcore and drum & bass percussion styles. Momentary Eternity among others has a series of previously written melodies, to which instruments and effects were applied. The quotes are from the anime Haibane Renmei, an introspective anime about growth and loss.

4. "Momentary Eternity"

A longer song with dubstep bass and a combination of breakcore and drum & bass percussion styles. Momentary Eternity has a series of previously written melodies, to which instruments and effects were applied. The quotes are from the anime Haibane Renmei, an introspective anime about growth and loss.

5. "Remember the Mission"

Inspired by Funazawa's "Die", this score was created in 2013 and recreated into a dark ambient work called In Morte from the album Twilight, created in 2017. Remember the Mission is a new format for this score, dubstep. It is less melodic dubstep and more traditional, although there are trance-like synths.

6. "Forever Record"

Forever Record is part 1 in a series of 4 songs within the album Synergy that were originally meant to be one nine minute song. They do not feature any quotes. There is occasional vocals and extensive use of automation. The nine minute project took 61 hours.
